October 2018

  • Sian Ladley changed to Nicola Smith
  • Change reference to use of specialist teachers, reflecting their decreased use
  • Fix typos (e.g. informs -> inform)
  • Removed reference to students' having paper planners, replaced with MILK system.

October 2019

  • Added 'For some conditions, it may be necessary for a referral to a paediatric consultant. The SENCO will be able to advise the appropriate steps if this is the case.'
  • Tied KS4 and 5 provision together.
  • Re-worded provision for clarity, adding 'reasonable adjustments'.
  • Added a little more detail on Exams Access.
  • Added SENCO as someone a child can talk to about SEN matters.
  • Changed 'Careers Advisor' to 'Careers leader' in transition section
