General items to check

  • student preferred over pupil or child (except with child Protection)
  • Academy used by convention as opposed to 'school'.
  • Watch capitalisation. School for BGS, school for schools in general
  • Add to bottom: Note: Any legislation and DfE guidelines referred to in BGS policies have been checked and are believed to be current at the time the policy is approved
